Zehra Öney, Chairman of the Board of Women in Technology Association, participated as a speaker at the panel held on March 8, International Women's Day, at ISBAK, a company where blue-collar male employees, one of the affiliates of Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM), works intensively. Established in 1986, Istanbul Informatics and Smart City Technologies Inc. (ISBAK) provides traffic, system engineering, project design and implementation services by İBB. In addition to the traffic signalization works of Istanbul, it carries out the vehicle maintenance and repair services of the Metropolitan City and has its own Research and Development (R&D) department since 1995. Works are also carried out in the field of Intelligent Transportation Systems at ISBAK. “In order to raise awareness for gender equality and contribute to raising awareness of ISBAK employees, ISBAK A.Ş. General Manager Esat Temimhan made the opening speech. In the conversation with the intense interest of women, men and all ISBAK employees, there were quite pleasant moments.
