N-telligent Institute Trainings Completed with Netaş

We created a great training opportunity in cooperation with Wtech - Netaş!

As part of our collaboration, we provided competency-oriented personal development trainings to 50 STEM students on the N-telligent online platform.

We held trainings and mentorships that lasted 6 months on 38 different topics such as planning, self-awareness, strategic and analytical thinking, persuasion and negotiation, where our students can improve themselves.

In addition to this training program, we also completed our two online classes on "Effective Communication Techniques" and "Cultural Diversity".

We have already started the new term studies of this educational program, which is beneficial for our students and supportive for their career steps. In order to be the person of the future, technical training is not enough, we also need to develop our own skills individually!
